1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Coloring Book Magic (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes via email.

2. The Service

Coloring Book Magic generates personalized coloring books using AI technology based on photos and story preferences you provide. You receive a high-resolution PDF suitable for home printing or professional print services.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process those photos solely to generate your coloring book. You confirm you have the right to use and upload any photos you submit.

4. Generated Content

The coloring book pages generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share them freely with friends and family. Commercial reproduction or resale of generated content requires written permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because our service involves AI generation costs that are incurred immediately, we offer refunds only where the generated book has a technical defect that we cannot remedy. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for support.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to cancel orders and accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
