1. Information We Collect

When you use Coloring Book Magic, we collect the photos you upload to create your personalized coloring book, your email address for account management and order delivery, payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store card details), and basic usage data to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Photos

Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your coloring book. We do not use your photos to train AI models, sell them to third parties, or use them for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. Photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your book being generated.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use Supabase for secure data storage and Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate — Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and our AI image generation pipeline — all bound by strict data processing agreements.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@coloringbookmagic.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Coloring Book Magic is intended for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Photos of children submitted for coloring book creation are handled with the utmost care and deleted immediately after generation.
